Advantages of Injection Workshop Design
Custom injection molding affords the ability to design highly complex pieces according to the needs of the customer. The tray loading machine is used to load stainless steel trays of ampoules to sterilization cart, and convey the sterilization cart to sterilization cabinet.
Tray discharging machine
The tray discharging machine uses a unique dial system to pull out the ampoules from the tray to the buffer conveyor belt, and then transports to the next process.
Tray charging machine
The tray charging machine charges the ampoules into the empty stainless trays in an orderly manner through the dial assembly. After the trays are filled, the trays are transferred to the next process through the roller conveyor.
Ampoule packaging line
