The current stable operating speed is 60,000-80,000 pieces/hour (refer to the 1-2ml), and the maximum speed can reach 100,000 pieces/hour. The equipment adopts the dual star disk and twin screws to feed ampoule in devided 2 feeding lines and then merge to one feeding line to printer, which ensures stable feeding, further reducing the bottle breakage rate.
The printer adopts our latest UV light-curing printing technology. The printing is clear and dries in seconds. It can withstand 75% alcohol spray and is insoluble, and cannot be rubbed off by hand. The high-speed printer can be used online with a high-speed PVC tray separator machine. The equipment is servo driven and has independent parameters, which can intelligently match the speed operation. The software system adopts servo controlled technology, which ensures accurately feeding to PVC trays.
