【Working principle】

The UV second drying equipment is mainly composed of three parts: automatic feeding, printing machine and tray separating system. The principle of its operation is as follows: First, the ampoules are conveyed vertically to the feed conveyor of the printer by means of a flat feeding platform. The ampoules are transferred from vertical to horizontal by means of a screw and then transported to the ampoule chain. When passing through the printer head, the ink is transferred to the surface of the ampoule through the font plate to complete the printing operation. At the same time, the automatic tray separator separates the tray one by one and drops it precisely to the tray buffer belt by means of a custom-made suction disk and a patented suction tray. The conveyor belt of tray separator is connected with the conveyor belt of the printer, and the ampoule of the printed ampoule falls through the U-shaped chain, and meets the box tray in the printing system, and under the precise control of the photoelectric detection system, the ampoule will fall into the corresponding box tray. Finally, the bottle pressing wheel at the outlet of the machine will press the ampoules that have not completely fallen into the box holder, so as to ensure that the ampoule with the finished printing is accurately placed in each box holder, so as to enter the next cartoning process.
