Introduction:

The SY-B3 automatic tray separator machine adopts the secondary low-energy consumption buffer device with low noise and good stability. It has multi-row storage of trays, stable servo feeding operation, intelligent matching of front-end and rear-end equipment speeds, and a maximum speed of 150 trays per minute. It is equipped with a safety device for opening the door and shutting down, fault display, air pressure value prompt and alarm, and sufficient length of the tray conveyor belt. The storage bin of the trays can hold 5-6 rows of trays, and the size of the internal space can be adjusted according to the tray size without disassembly, which improves efficiency. The large storage bin can be used for up to 30 minutes, which reduces labor. The tray storage bin adopts double-open, industrial plastic and transparent doors. It is easily to visually see the remaining quantities of trays and freely control the feeding time.
