Introduction:
The ampoule printing machine is designed for printing label information on pharmaceutical ampoule bottles(small volume 1-20ml), this equipment uses ink transfer printing and UV lamp curing for instantly dry, clear print. It combined with coating printing and ink transfer print to make the printing more adhesion,the printed characters are resistant to alcohol spray and disinfectant soaking and will not come off. It can be linked with light inspection machine and cartoning machine for compact line or run individually.
The coating print machine consist of three parts: automatic tray separator, ampoule feeding platform, double print head system.
The tray separator is used for separate pre-made plastic tray one by one, which can replace labor work. The equipment employs patented sensing technology and patented suction and blowing technology, which are essential components for eliminating double trays, no trays, and overlapping trays, ensuring stable separation and smooth tray division.
