3) The new U-shaped groove design is lightweight, flexible, easy to adjust, and has lower pressure and more reasonable runout, making bottle movement more agile, resulting in smoother, more three-dimensional lettering, less prone to bursting and damage, easy to adjust, replace, and maintain.
4) The hot air circulation system dries the bottles more thoroughly, avoiding poor printing caused by excessive temperature differences on the bottle walls. Hot air recovery and circulation are energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The outlet air temperature detection and control system makes the outlet air temperature visible, ensuring a constant drying temperature, easy adjustment, reducing factors affecting printing, and further guaranteeing printing quality.
5) Servo drive: Utilizing a three-axis servo drive, the main unit, chain, and worm gear automatically align, increasing the stability of the equipment's operation.
6) Can be linked with the SY-B1 tray separating machine to achieve one-button operation for tray separating and printing.
The entire machine adopts a segmented assembly, making disassembly and transportation convenient and facilitating segmented upgrades and modifications.
