The tray loading machine is used to load stainless steel trays of ampoules to the sterilization cart, and convey the sterilization cart to the sterilization cabinet. The tray filled with ampoules is pushed into the sterilization cart one by one by the robot arm assembly through the servo control system. The sterilization cart is designed for 10 layers(for 1-2ml ampoules), and each layer can load 9 stainless steel trays, it can load 90 trays in total at most. After the sterilization cart is loaded, the ampoules will enter the sterilization procedure.
