Especially in recent years, more and more customers have been connecting their entire lines, which requires more different equipment to cooperate with. In this case, many devices have occupied more space, and even in relatively narrow spaces, the layout must be U-shaped or S-shaped to complete the entire line arrangement. The problem that follows is that operators and materials are restricted in entering and exiting, and cannot walk smoothly. Based on this situation, our R&D team carefully considered the principle of "induction telescopic door", repeatedly deliberated, and boldly innovated. In 2021, we successfully developed a practical new aisle pass-through conveyor.
Function introduction
The intelligent aisle machine: Under normal production conditions, workers or materials can freely transport materials or shuttle normally through the aisle machine, which can reduce 1-2 workers in the production process. The aisle machine can be extended and retracted through the conveying platform to facilitate the flow of operators.
At the same time, it does not affect the material transmission on the conveyor belt. The operation is simple when passing through the aisle machine. The conveyor belt can be recovered and stopped by one-key operation. During the recovery process, the objects on the conveyor belt work normally. At the same time, after the personnel or materials quickly pass to the other side of the equipment, release the operation key, the conveyor belt returns to its original state, and the running objects quickly flow to the next process to complete the entire aisle process.
